suggestions for improving education system in India

Sir,

I'm going to have a great suggestion to make India most harmonious and peaceful  country in the world.sir ji,introduce cross pollination into the education system.that is by making linguistic integration and religious integration.in the way I think.make anyone north indian languages compulsory second or third language in elementary school in the southern India and vice versa in North India that's to make anyone  south Indian languages in the north India so that there will not be linguistic divide and hurdle between two of them .and in the same way make religious scriptures wherever there are communal riots in minority groups and majority groups.by introducing Bhagavad Gita to Muslims,Christians,Sikhs,Jain and Buddhist and others.and also introduce Quran,bible ,guru granthsahib and so on to Hindus and other majority community.according to me all religions are god loving and respecting and god fearing.all are humanity based.then only the real secularism will be implemented .I'm a Hindu brother.and l believe that secularism is derived from Hindus ideology.i know that this is a very tough decision and task.it is possible if you remain firm on front and decision.there after you will see miracles of national unity and security .

Today in this competition world. We are forced to face stress and fear and tension. To get good marks, to get good grades and get a highly paid job. In  government jobs as well as private sector jobs. We have lost our value based ancient  gurukul education system. That's why we are facing this crisis. Though now that rich ancient traditions have lost and cannot be brought back in practice wholly. However  partly we can bring it back to practice through career guidance and enhancement,along with psychological career attitude approach and astrological approach Also. There should be compulsory sales and marketing training from primary school onwards itself. And from highschool and higher secondary school onwards itself there should be entrepreneurial skills training to be made compulsory. One more thing I want to suggest you that while you study without any capital funds and resources in hand.we should learn entrepreneur skills like organizing sports events and tournaments on fundraising activities basis. In India there's lots of sports talent which is going waste seriously because of its unutilisation and underutilisation.there should be round the years fund raising activities irrespective of season. At the same time agricultural skills should be considered as academic skills and made compulsory subjects. The respect and prestige of hardworking in farms and fields should be honoured with extra monetary and social status.
