Mr.Kedar Pednekar:yes,let us go ahead. press correspondent:how did you stah nrt and when do you stated your journey sir? Mr.Kedar pednekar:see there was fire to start something on my own in my tummy since my high school days,when i was in sixth std at that time ididnt even heard of startup,business anything such.i had a idea of starting a paid library with one of my friend's help,though it was not fruitful. my idea was appreciated by my schoolteachers. press correspondent:what at sixth std?sir what was your age that time? Mr.Kedar Pednekar:around 12-13.then for as long as till i reach 12th std i had not dereamed of enterpreneurship.i did not even know the definition and meaning of term enterpreneurship.till my higher secondary college days i was busy in enjoying my college days,and do you know when my journey of earning on my own feet start?when i was failed in 12 th std.i did job as washerboy in a smallscale pharmaceutical company,then as officeboy in a fabrication firm in my home town.in those days i have cleared my 12 th std exam. press correspondent:oh my god a global business icon worked in so low cadres,can't believe.when do you started business sir what was it? Mr.Kedar Pednekar:it was in 1995 when i was enjoying my summers vacation.i met Mr.B.D.Shinde,Programme co-ordinator,from Maharashtra industrial technical consultancy organisation also known as MITCON Ltd.PUNE.he conducted a free skill development and enterpreneurship development programmme.with a small refundable caution deposit of Rs.300.00 press correspondent :which type of skills you learnt in programme sir? Mr.kedar Pednekar: there were many skills training such as data entry operation,ice cube making,screen printing and photo lamination,rubberstamp making,i choose screen printing, photo lamination and rubber stamp making. press correspondent:so many skills for free of cost,amazing. Mr.Kedar Pednekar :screen printing,i had started a brand known as shabdaroopa.then i completed my graduation at Sadshivgad-Karwar,Karnataka,from karnataka University.later on i have marketed many multi level marketing in health and wellness industry leaders like herbalife,vestige etc. press correspondent:when did you entered in insurance foray and financial services segment? Mr.Kedar Pednekar: 2007 as insurance advisor for icici prudential,then since 2017 for sbi life insurance,stock broking,reliance capital etc, press correpondent:untill now how many skills you are updated in? Kedar Pednekar :computer hardware,screen printing,photo lamintion by film(manual),content writing,financial planning which includes life insurance,health insurance ,motor insurance,mutual funds,commodities trading,equity trading,loans,digital marketing. Press correspondent:how did you invented this financial product?from where did you get the idea? Kedar Pednekar : my father was to buy lottery and never won the lottery he wasted so much much money by which he could buy a better life for us in addition to it when at the month he was to calculate he was to frustrate by balance in accountand he was to smoke a lot due to tension ,he was chain smoker.like this there is another story in my life, my brother in law is addicted to lottery and he made my sisters life miserable,even i had been addicted to stock market and lost lots of funds like this there are many stories in the world which are among middlecalss and poor families if i seat to tell all those stories it will be a epic.i wanted to solve this problem.and this solution is blowing my mind. press correspondent :what did you achieve from this solution?
